Many parts we sell carry a manufacturer's warranty. The terms, duration, and coverage vary by brand and product.

While we don't manufacture the parts, we stand behind what we sell:

• ✓90-day defect window— if a part has a manufacturing defect within 90 days of purchase, we'll replace it or refund you
• ✓We pay shipping both ways on confirmed defective parts
• ✓Immediate replacement or refund — your choice

• ✗Normal wear and tear — racing parts are consumables by nature
• ✗Misuse or improper installation — parts must be installed correctly per manufacturer specs
• ✗Crash or collision damage — parts damaged in racing incidents
• ✗Modifications — parts that have been altered, drilled, welded, or modified from their original form
• ✗Used/takeoff parts — sold as-is unless otherwise noted in the listing

Racing is inherently dangerous. By purchasing parts from Shatto Motorsports, you acknowledge and agree that:

• •You assume all risk associated with the use and installation of parts purchased from us
• •It is your responsibility to ensure parts are properly installed, inspected, and maintained
• •Parts should be inspected by a qualified mechanic before use in competition
• •You are responsible for verifying fitment and compatibility with your specific vehicle and setup

Shatto Motorsports shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use, installation, or failure of any products purchased from us. This includes, but is not limited to:

• •Personal injury or death
• •Vehicle damage
• •Lost race earnings or prize money
• •Towing, labor, or repair costs
• •Any other losses resulting from part failure or incompatibility

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED ABOVE, ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
