1Standard Returns
- ✓30 days from delivery to initiate a return
- ✓No restocking fee on unopened items in original packaging
- ✓Full refund to original payment method within 5 business days
- ✓Original shipping costs refunded if return is due to our error
- ✓Prepaid return label provided if we sent the wrong part
2Opened/Installed Parts
- •Parts that have been test-fitted but not used can be returned with 10% restocking fee
- •Used or raced parts cannot be returned unless defective
- •Electrical components that have been installed are not returnable (safety reasons)
3Defective Parts
- ✓Immediate replacement or refund - your choice
- ✓We pay all shipping both ways
- ✓Manufacturer warranty support - we handle the paperwork
- ✓90-day defect window for manufacturing issues
