You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By using this site, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including if we believe conduct violates these terms or is harmful to us or other users.

• •We are a third-party reseller. We sell parts manufactured by other companies. Product descriptions and specifications are provided by the manufacturer and we do our best to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all descriptions, images, or specifications are error-free.
• •Items listed as "Price on Request" require you to contact us directly for a quote before ordering.
• •Used/takeoff parts are sold AS IS, with no warranty of any kind, unless the listing says otherwise. All sales of used parts are final unless the item is materially different from its description.
• •We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item's price is incorrect, we will notify you before processing the order.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including if the item is out of stock at our supplier or its price has changed. If we can't fill an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Card orders are paid at checkout. For orders we price by email (quote requests), nothing is charged until you approve the final price, and payment is due before the order ships. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

To order, you need an account with a confirmed email address, phone number and address. Your card's bank may ask you to confirm a payment (for example with a text code). We may call to confirm a first order before we place it with our supplier.

If a payment is disputed or reversed through your bank (a chargeback), we may put your account on hold and stop any order that hasn't shipped until the dispute is resolved. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first at parts@shattoms.com. We'll work to make it right.

Applicable sales tax will be collected based on the shipping destination as required by law.

Most orders ship at a flat rate set by the order total; very heavy orders, and orders with an item that has no listed weight, are quoted by email. Delivery times vary by location. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

United States only. We sell and ship only to customers and addresses in the 50 United States and Washington, DC. Accounts and orders from outside the United States are not accepted and may be cancelled and refunded. We do not ship to U.S. territories. Military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses are accepted only after we approve them: email parts@shattoms.com first.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

Returns are subject to our Return Policy. Please review it before making a purchase.

Compatibility information (chassis fitment) is provided as a guide based on manufacturer data and our experience. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify fitment before purchasing.

We are happy to help you confirm fitment — email us at parts@shattoms.com if you're unsure. However, we are not liable for parts ordered that do not fit due to modifications, non-standard setups, or buyer error.

Denny, our parts assistant. Denny's answers (in the chat and in Talk mode) are general information and suggestions, produced automatically. They are not professional, engineering or mechanical advice, and they can be incomplete or wrong. Before you buy or race, confirm fitment, compatibility, your track and sanctioning-body rules, and correct installation with the manufacturer or a qualified mechanic. We are not responsible for setup or performance results, or for parts bought on Denny's suggestion that don't fit or don't suit your use; the normal return policy applies to them like any other part.

For safety equipment (helmets, harnesses, head-and-neck restraints, seats, fire suits, fire systems, fuel cells) and parts that stop or steer the car, contact us and check the manufacturer's fitment and certification (SFI or Snell) before you buy.

Competition parts are intended only for dedicated race vehicles that are never driven on public roads. They are not legal for use on pollution-controlled motor vehicles. The buyer is responsible for complying with all federal, state, and sanctioning-body rules.

In summary: we are a reseller, not the manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties apply only as provided by each manufacturer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shatto Motorsports is not liable for damages or losses resulting from the use or installation of parts purchased from us.

Racing is inherently dangerous. Parts are sold for use at the buyer's own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the item in question.

shattoms.com is operated by KDC Racing LLC, 4005 State Route 47, Fort Loramie, Ohio 45845. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Ohio.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
